Job Description:

This travel healthcare assignment as a Med Surg RN offers a unique opportunity to work in a 49-bed facility in Winfield, Alabama, on 12-hour night shifts. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical-surgical care to adult patients, managing multiple cases with a patient ratio of approximately 1:6-7. The role involves floating to various units within your scope of practice, passing a basic and advanced dysrhythmia test, and maintaining flexibility with scheduling. No on-call or block scheduling is required, but weekend and holiday rotations are necessary. This position is perfect for a seasoned RN who enjoys a varied, fast-paced environment and values the chance to develop skills in a supportive setting.
