Job Description:

Join a cancer treatment team as a Radiation Therapist working with two treatment units at a respected cancer center. You’ll independently manage care for approximately 64-68 patients daily, utilizing advanced equipment like Varian TrueBeam and Varian EDGE linear accelerators. The role involves multi-tasking within a fast-paced environment, recording and verifying treatments with ARIA, and adapting to forthcoming software upgrades. Shifts are scheduled during daytime hours, offering a structured schedule free of weekend or on-call demands. This assignment provides a chance to apply your expertise in a setting focused solely on radiation therapy, with a variety of responsibilities that keep your skills sharp and your experience engaging.

Job Specifics:

Location: Rockford, Illinois
Shift: 8-hour days from 8:00am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday
Duration: 13 weeks, with an estimated weekly gross pay of $2,384.00
