Job Description:

This ICU RN role takes place in a bustling mixed-unit set-up with 39 beds, including MICU, SICU, CICU, and TICU. Expect to handle complex cases involving surgical, cardiac, neuro, trauma, and medical patients—ranging from ARDS and MI to post-surgical recovery and heavy trauma cases. You'll be part of a team managing high-acuity patients on a 12-hour day shift, providing attentive care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal traveler has at least two years of ICU experience (excluding travel), comfort with ventilator management, hemodynamic lines, proning, and IV medications like vasopressors and sedatives. Epic experience is a must, and familiarity with Impella, IABP, or CRRT is highly preferred. You’ll work alongside dedicated staff, including nurse aides, resource nurses, and intensivists, in a well-supported setting.
