Job Description:

Join the Pediatric Critical Care Float Pool as a Registered Nurse and experience the flexibility of floating across all pediatric units within the facility, including CVPICU, NICU, and PICU. This role offers 3-night 12-hour shifts from 7 PM to 7:30 AM, giving you the chance to cover diverse pediatric critical care needs. Be prepared for shifts that may require you to adapt quickly to different units, providing vital support where assistance is most needed. It's a chance to sharpen your skills in a fast-paced environment while enjoying a schedule that keeps your work-life balance in check. This assignment is perfect for those with at least 2 years of pediatric ICU experience, who are comfortable with night shifts and floating between units. Flexibility with the schedule, a focus on team support, and exposure to advanced therapies like ECMO and CRRT make this role both challenging and rewarding.
