Job Description:

This contract position calls for a dedicated registered nurse to step into a night shift role working 12-hour overnight shifts. You'll be responsible for managing a patient caseload with a focus on comprehensive nursing care, including initial assessments, developing care plans, implementing interventions, and continuously evaluating patient progress. The role offers a chance to work in a setting where your expertise ensures smooth day-to-day operations and contributes to high-quality care. You'll utilize current nursing trends and technology, documenting care meticulously and collaborating closely with colleagues to resolve issues and enhance patient safety.
