Job Description:

Join a specialized Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team at a prominent medical campus, where you'll have the chance to work with some of the smallest and most critically ill patients. This role involves 12-hour night shifts, giving you the opportunity to develop unique skills in managing high-acuity neonatal cases in a setting that emphasizes teamwork and precision. You'll be responsible for providing specialized care alongside a committed team of healthcare professionals, with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 2:1. The assignment offers a fast-paced and rewarding environment, perfect for experienced NICU nurses ready to make a significant impact in a trauma-level I facility with advanced pediatric support.
