Job Description:

Join a dedicated team in a 15-bed Labor and Delivery unit, where you'll be integral to providing comprehensive maternal care across antepartum, labor, delivery, and postpartum settings. This role involves circulating, fitting into the role of a scrub nurse, and performing newborn procedures such as lab draws and hearing screens using ALGO 5 equipment. You'll work 12-hour night shifts, making a meaningful impact during crucial times for mothers and babies, in a setting where your skills and adaptability are valued. Experience in all areas of LDRP is essential, and you'll be cross-trained to support various functions, including working in all parts of the unit and floating as needed to other facilities, such as Bronson Methodist Hospital. The environment offers a professional yet approachable atmosphere, with the opportunity to develop your expertise in obstetric nursing while enjoying the unique experience of delivering care during overnight hours.
