Job Description:
This ICU RN contract position places you at the heart of a 250+ bed Level 1 trauma hospital in Fargo, where you'll be managing 1-3 critically ill patients across various units including neuro, cardiac, trauma, and surgical care. Your expertise in titrating vasopressor drips, along with your experience with procedures like RSI, EVD placement, and line insertions, will be essential. The role offers a mix of day and night rotating shifts, with the flexibility to call in daily to find out your specific assignment location. You'll work with advanced equipment such as Epic EMR, IABP, Impella, and Phillips Monitoring Systems, often caring for complex patients requiring careful management of meds like sedatives, analgesics, and inotropics. The assignment begins with comprehensive orientation to ensure you're fully prepared to deliver top-tier critical care in this fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity to sharpen your critical care skills and experience diverse ICU cases in a vibrant hospital setting.
