Job Description:

This contract opportunity is perfect for experienced maternal health professionals eager to work in a fast-paced setting that spans multiple departments and locations within a 20-mile radius. You will be involved in assessing triage patients over 20 weeks, evaluating fetal well-being, and managing labor and delivery processes, including medication administration such as Pitocin and magnesium sulfate. The role also includes postpartum and newborn care, from stabilizing critically ill infants to assisting with procedures like circumcisions. Expect a lively work environment where your expertise guides expectant mothers through every stage of their journey—sometimes feeling like a guardian angel in the delivery room, minus the wings.
