Job Description:

This ICU RN contract offers a chance to step into a specialized environment focusing on critically ill patients across all age groups, from pediatric to geriatric. You will coordinate, provide, and adapt care for patients with serious respiratory or cardiac conditions, often in a four-bed unit with a nurse-to-patient ratio that shifts with acuity. The role involves working 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, with a requirement to be flexible for any shift—think of it as a chance to explore every corner of the ICU. Additionally, float assignments to OB, MS, PACU, and ER will enrich your experience and skills. It’s a fast-paced, challenging, yet rewarding assignment where your expertise makes a difference in critical moments.
