Job Description:

Join a dedicated team as a Respiratory Therapist on a 13-week night shift contract at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburgh, IN. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts, primarily on medical/surgical units and ICU stepdown areas, providing essential respiratory support including BiPAP/CPAP, arterial blood gases, and ventilator management. You will float between inpatient units and may occasionally support other Deaconess facilities, all while tackling a variety of challenging cases in a 280-bed acute care setting. This assignment not only tests your technical skills but also rewards resilience and adaptability—plus, occasional bonuses for holidays, overtime, and on-call duties add to the journey.
