Job Description:

Join a dedicated team as a PICU RN and experience the fast-paced environment of a 20-bed or larger Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. This contract offers a unique opportunity to work independently in a teaching, Magnet, Level I Trauma facility renowned for pediatric care excellence. Your role involves caring for critically ill children, maintaining a 1:1 or 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio, and floating within your scope after a brief orientation. The schedule includes 12-hour night shifts, with six weekends scheduled over a 13-week period, providing a balanced work and personal life. Required certifications include PALS, BLS, and an active Washington RN license. This assignment promises to keep your skills sharp and your experience meaningful, all within a hospital committed to innovative pediatric healthcare.
