Job Description:

This Registered Nurse position in Medical-Surgical/Telemetry (MS/Tele) offers an engaging opportunity to work with adult patients experiencing conditions such as COPD, pneumonia, abdominal pain, cellulitis, and chest pain rule outs. The shift runs from 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM, with day shifts totaling 36 hours per week over an approximately 13-week assignment. Nurses will handle a range of responsibilities including interpreting dysrhythmias, managing rapid response and code teams, administering blood products, caring for central and peripheral lines, and managing various airway devices such as BiPAP, CPAP, and high-flow nasal cannulas. The setting emphasizes independent clinical judgment and swift action, making it a rewarding challenge for experienced nurses eager to apply their skills in a fast-paced environment. This role excludes traditional patient care roles but focuses on technical skills and clinical interventions essential for adult patient stabilization and support.
