Job Description:

Join a fast-paced Med Surg unit on the 5th floor, where you'll be integral to caring for patients undergoing orthopedic surgeries, strokes, and various surgical procedures. This night shift role involves floating between two Med Surg units—one focused on surgical and stroke patients, and the other on cardiac, respiratory, dialysis, and hospice care. Expect to manage patient ratios of approximately 1:5 to 1:7, depending on acuity. You'll work with Cerner electronic medical records and wear royal blue scrubs, providing a unique opportunity to sharpen your skills in a diverse hospital setting.
