Job Description:

Join a busy surgical unit as a circulating RN in the operating room, where you'll work with a dedicated team handling a variety of procedures including orthopedics, cataracts, urology, gynecology, and cardiology. This assignment offers exposure to multiple specialties and the opportunity to refine your surgical skills in a fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for facilitating surgeries, managing sterile fields, and supporting anesthesia teams. The role features a six-hour orientation to get you prepared for the specific protocols of this volume-rich facility, and you'll experience a collaborative team culture that values expertise and adaptability. Unlike standard shifts, you'll be part of a rotating schedule including call requirements, with a focus on orthopedic and eye surgeries, making each day both challenging and rewarding.
