Job Description:

Join the team at Palomar Health Rehabilitation Institute as a Speech Language Pathologist for a rewarding contract in Escondido, California. You’ll work within a modern, well-equipped 52-bed inpatient rehabilitation setting, providing specialized therapy for patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, or orthopedic injuries. Your role involves delivering targeted speech and language therapy during standard day shifts from 8am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, with a guaranteed 36 hours week. The schedule includes two Sundays each month to ensure consistent patient care and therapy continuity. This assignment offers a dynamic environment where you can make a tangible difference in patients’ recovery journeys while enjoying a supportive clinical team. A flexible part-time option of 20-30 hours per week is also available, maintaining the same Sunday requirement.
