Job Description:

This inpatient rehabilitation therapy position involves providing skilled one-on-one care to patients in both skilled nursing facilities and acute swing bed units. The role offers variety with occasional outpatient services, including general, neuro, and orthopedic therapy. As a therapist here, you'll work with typically 6 to 10 patients per shift, focusing on tailored treatments that support recovery and mobility. The setting encourages hands-on engagement and offers a chance to see tangible progress in your patients' journeys. Expect to work weekdays, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, in a supportive environment that values your expertise and dedication.
