Job Description:

Join this esteemed teaching hospital in Winston-Salem as a registered nurse on the Medical/Surgical/Telemetry unit. You'll be managing a diverse mix of medical patients, including those with CHF, COPD, infections, wounds, and more, with the opportunity to see some general surgeries and different service lines. Expect to work 12-hour day shifts, delivering patient care amid bedside monitors, chest tubes, and IV starts, all while collaborating with an experienced team that includes CNAs, hospitalists, and residents. This assignment provides a rich clinical experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center with advanced technology like EPIC EMR and Alaris IV pumps, all set within a vibrant community with plenty to explore beyond your shifts.
