Job Description:

Join us as a Step Down Registered Nurse on a 12-bed neurology and neuroscience unit that combines critical care principles with specialized patient management. In this role, you'll care for patients transitioning from the Neuro ICU, including those with neuro trauma, hemorrhages, ENT tumor resections, post-op spine patients, and various neurological conditions. Expect a patient ratio of 1:3, with night shifts from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am, every other weekend and holiday. This assignment offers the opportunity to work in a setting that blends technical skill with compassionate patient support, all while navigating a unit that values adherence to safety protocols and professional standards.
