Job Description:

Join a reputable acute care hospital in Springfield as a Medical Surgical Oncology RN for a 13-week contract. In this role, you'll primarily work night shifts in a Level I trauma center with 562 beds, focusing on oncology patients requiring chemotherapy administration, port management, and IV therapies. Your days will involve managing complex chemotherapy protocols, monitoring patient responses, and ensuring safety in cytotoxic spill handling. This assignment offers the chance to experience a fast-paced environment where precision and expertise are essential, all while contributing to patient recovery and comfort. Expect a blend of technical skill application and collaborative problem-solving in a facility recognized as a Magnet hospital.

Location: Springfield, Illinois
