Job Description:

Join a dedicated team providing care on the Medical/Surgical 5th Floor during overnight shifts. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts (5:30 PM to 5:30 AM) every other weekend or full weekends, with a focus on Med/Surg and COVID patients. You will handle a patient load of approximately 5 to 6 patients per RN, often partnering with support staff such as LPNs or CNAs. Expect to work in an environment that values resilience, adaptability, and strong charting skills in EPIC. Previous travel experience and at least three years of RN practice are required. This contract offers an engaging opportunity to experience the hospital’s bustling night rhythm, ensuring smooth comfort and safety for your patients while managing changing priorities with professionalism and a dash of resilience.
