Job Description:

Join a dedicated ICU team on a night shift where you'll be the key player in managing an eight-bed unit. Your role will involve caring for patients with conditions like sepsis, stroke, DKA, PNA, and ETOH withdrawal. You'll run codes independently, support post-cath recovery, and titrate medications such as Levophed, Neo, Propofol, and Insulin. This assignment offers a chance to showcase your expertise in a fast-paced environment that values your ICU experience and ability to handle high-pressure situations. Experience with Meditech, previous travel assignments, and familiarity with tele-ICU technology will make you a perfect fit. Be prepared for a setting that emphasizes primary nursing care, with support staff including CNAs and care support staff, alongside hospitalist presence 24/7. Your nights will be filled with impactful work, patient interaction, and opportunities to sharpen your critical care skills.
