Job Description:

This registered nurse role involves working as a case manager in a busy hospital setting that requires flexibility across multiple units, including Med Surg, LLOS, and the Emergency Department. You'll serve as a vital link in discharge planning and care coordination, ensuring patients transition smoothly through their care journey. The assignment offers a mix of hands-on patient interactions and administrative duties, with an emphasis on acute care experience. Working in a Level II Trauma Center, you'll encounter a diverse patient population and enjoy the opportunity to develop a broad skill set while contributing to patient outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
