Job Description:

Join our team as a Neuro ICU Registered Nurse in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, where you'll be immersed in a specialized neurological environment. You’ll work in a 26-bed NSICU within a comprehensive stroke center, managing complex neurological cases such as stroke, ICP, and seizure patients. Your role involves maintaining invasive equipment, titrating drips, and handling ventilator management, all while working 12-hour night shifts. This assignment offers the chance to refine critical care skills in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting where no two nights are alike. Please note that RTO after booking is not permitted, and additional RTO may result in cancellation. If you're an experienced ICU nurse with at least two years in similar units, this opportunity could be your next rewarding challenge.
