Job Description:

Join a team of experienced MS/Tele Registered Nurses for a rewarding travel assignment in Columbia, South Carolina. This role involves managing adult patients with complex neurological conditions, including stroke, neurosurgical cases, and seizure disorders. Expect to start IVs, access ports, manage PICC and central lines, and oversee blood product administration. Respiratory support includes HFNC, nasal cannula, and trach management. You will also monitor telemetry for cardiac rhythms and participate in rapid response situations. The setting offers a chance to apply your skills in a high-acuity, trauma-certified hospital, with opportunities to float to other units where your competencies are recognized. This assignment is uniquely engaging for nurses who enjoy neuro, stroke, and trauma care in a fast-paced environment.
