Job Description:

This 13-week contract in Iron Mountain, MI offers a unique opportunity for experienced Med Tele RNs to join a facility specializing in acute care for a variety of medical conditions, including post-surgical recovery and complex diagnoses like sepsis and COPD. The role involves working 12-hour night shifts, providing bedside nursing care, and collaborating closely with team nurses, charge nurses, and support staff. The unit's fast-paced environment requires confident IV start skills, proficiency with telemetry reading, and adaptability to float across similar units when needed. Travelers will experience a lively, small-town setting with a supportive team atmosphere, and the chance to hone skills in a critical-access hospital setting with limited onsite resources but strong telemedicine support.
