Job Description:

Join the OR team in Marshfield, where you'll circulate a variety of surgical cases including General, GYN, Urology, Orthopedic, Neuro, ENT, Plastic, and Vascular surgeries. This role offers a chance to work in a busy, well-equipped operating room, managing cases such as bowel resections, laparoscopic procedures, joint replacements—including those with Mako robotic assistance—and complex neuro and ENT surgeries. You’ll be the key team member supporting surgeons through sterile procedures, ensuring smooth case flow in a setting that values precision and teamwork. Expect to work primarily day shifts, with occasional evening hours, and be part of a schedule that balances clinical expertise with a vibrant surgical environment. This assignment is a perfect fit for experienced circulating RNs ready to handle a diverse case load and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced atmosphere.
