Job Description:

Join a stepdown/med-surg unit in Fairmont, WV, where you'll be working 12-hour night shifts overseeing beds in a setting that emphasizes patient stability and recovery. Your responsibilities will include managing patients with respiratory issues, weakness, UTI, AKI, and chest pain, often titrating drips like heparin, insulin, or Cardizem. This assignment offers the chance to coordinate care during quiet night hours, with a team that includes nurse aides and monitor techs.
