Job Description:

Join a busy Respiratory Therapy department in Boise for a rewarding travel assignment that balances hands-on treatment management with a lively city backdrop. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing respiratory equipment, administering treatments, transporting patients, and performing arterial blood gas analyses across inpatient adult, pediatric, and NICU units. You'll work 12-hour day shifts, typically covering 36 hours per week over 13 weeks, with the opportunity to experience a variety of patient populations and clinical settings. This position is perfect for RTs who enjoy a fast-paced environment, tackling diverse cases, and collaborating with skilled hospitalists and intensivists. You'll contribute to patient care by assisting with ventilator management—excluding intubation—and supporting various respiratory therapies. The department's well-resourced team includes shift leads and managers available for support, ensuring you will never be alone in house.
