Job Description:

This pediatric ICU contract invites experienced RNs to step into a critical role overseeing ventilator management and complex pediatric patient care. Working night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, you'll be providing both routine assessments and advanced interventions in a setting that demands independence and clinical expertise. As a key member of the team, you'll handle long-range planning, delegate tasks effectively, and support the emotional and social needs of young patients and their families. This assignment offers a unique opportunity to hone specialized skills in pediatric intensive care while making a meaningful impact on patient outcomes.
