Job Description:

Join a fast-paced cardiovascular operating room team as a Certified Sterile Technologist (CST) specializing in cardiac surgery procedures. In this role, you'll prepare the surgical field, pass instruments and supplies to surgeons, and maintain a sterile environment to ensure seamless operations. You'll assist in turning over OR rooms and support surgeons during complex thoracic cases, including those involving da Vinci technology. This assignment offers the chance to work closely with skilled surgical teams in a setting where precision and efficiency are critical, all while navigating the rhythm of surgical schedules across four ORs. The role combines technical expertise with hands-on support to help keep cardiac procedures flowing smoothly throughout your shift.

Job Specifics:

Location: Fort Wayne, Indiana
Shift: 4 ten-hour days, 6:30 am to 5:00 pm, with call as needed
Duration: 13 weeks (approximately 40 hours per week, $2,309.60 gross weekly)
