Job Description:

Join San Juan Regional Medical Center as a Medical/Surg RN on a 13-week night contract working 12-hour shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing direct care to adult patients with conditions such as sepsis, pneumonia, and wounds, utilizing equipment like IV pumps and bladder scanners. The unique night shift offers a quieter environment to focus on patient needs, with a manageable patient ratio of 1:5 or 1:6. This assignment is an excellent opportunity to sharpen your med/surg skills, possibly take on charge nurse responsibilities, and gain valuable experience in a Level II Trauma facility nestled in a welcoming community.
