Job Description:

Join a 44-bed unit in Rapid City as a Registered Nurse focused on the Progressive Care Unit (PCU). Your days will involve managing a diverse patient population with mixed acuity levels, including intermediate care, telemetry, and medical-surgical cases. You’ll be responsible for caring for patients post-cardiac procedures, such as TAVR, cardiac caths, and open-heart surgeries, as well as managing complex cardiac medications and rhythms. This role offers a chance to apply your expertise in a setting that emphasizes cardiac procedural recovery, with support from a multidisciplinary team, including phlebotomy and telemetry techs. Expect to engage in a dynamic environment where every shift brings new challenges—and opportunities to hone your cardiac nursing skills while working 12-hour day shifts.
