Job Description:

Join our specialized surgical tech team in the CVOR department at a reputable hospital in Las Cruces. This role involves supporting cardiac surgeries such as coronary artery bypass grafts, aortic and mitral valve procedures, and lung operations. You'll be assisting in open heart cases and working alongside skilled surgeons, ensuring the OR runs smoothly during complex procedures. The assignment offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in a well-equipped, accredited facility with a collaborative team. You’ll be instrumental in maintaining sterile technique, preparing surgical instruments, and ensuring all equipment is ready for every critical operation—think of yourself as the behind-the-scenes hero in high-stakes surgeries.
