Job Description:
Join this engaging travel healthcare contract as a skilled professional in a fast-paced setting that requires flexibility and focus. You will utilize your expertise to provide direct patient care during 12-hour day shifts, floating between departments and local locations within 20 miles to accommodate staffing needs. This role involves assessing, planning, and implementing patient care plans while collaborating with a healthcare team and educating patients and their families. You’ll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that values your clinical judgment and leadership, especially in supervising LPNs and non-licensed assistive personnel. The assignment emphasizes patient safety, documentation accuracy, and adherence to protocols, making it both challenging and rewarding for dedicated healthcare providers.
