Job Description:

Join us as a Travel Emergency Department RN at a 72-bed hospital in Warsaw, Indiana, where you'll take on critical care responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. This role involves managing a variety of emergency cases across all ages, from pediatric to geriatric patients, including arterial lines, chest tubes, STEMI, strokes, and codes. You'll work 12-hour night shifts, every third weekend, providing essential care in a setting that demands both skill and adaptability. Expect to handle a patient ratio of 4:1 with a focus on critical procedures and quick critical thinking.
