Job Description:

This contract position is ideal for experienced ICU RNs ready to tackle a fast-paced trauma unit. You will be working the 12-hour night shift in a busy Trauma ICU, managing critically ill adult and pediatric patients with complex injuries and conditions such as sepsis, stroke, ARDS, and MODS. Your responsibilities include titrating drips like vasopressors and sedatives, interpreting central monitor strips, and assisting with specialized procedures like CVPs and IABP. Expect a hands-on role where your critical thinking and team spirit will help you succeed in a setting that values both technical skills and positive rapport with colleagues and patients. This assignment offers exposure to level 1 trauma cases and a variety of advanced monitoring and ventilator equipment, making it a stimulating opportunity for growth.
