Job Description:

Join a Level 3 Trauma Center in Tulsa as a registered nurse specializing in case management. This Monday through Friday daytime role from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM involves utilizing your expertise in InterQual and performing utilization reviews and discharge planning. You'll be responsible for coordinating patient care plans, completing assessments, and ensuring smooth transitions out of the hospital. This assignment offers a chance to work within a supportive hospital team, with opportunities to float within your scope as needed, all while making a tangible difference in patient outcomes.
