This critical care float RN opportunity places you in the heart of Worcester, where you'll step into a versatile role across all adult ICUs and step-down units. Your days will be busy and engaging as you navigate different ICU environments, providing essential support to ensure quality patient management. You'll work primarily night shifts, with 12-hour schedules that keep your routine predictable.
