Job Description:

Join our team as an X-Ray Technician specializing in radiology and cardiology procedures. This contract position offers the opportunity to work a weekend shift that feels more like a series of Saturday and Sunday adventures—covering 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., with a 32-hour schedule spread over two days. You'll be performing plain films, fluoroscopy, and assisting in surgery settings, navigating equipment from GE, Philips, Siemens, and PACS systems. The role demands experience with neonatal, infant, and geriatric imaging, including enema studies and C-arm procedures. You'll be part of a team that values flexibility—rotating call, holiday shifts, and the ability to float to surgery when needed. Expect to keep your skills sharp with required certifications like ARRT, LSRT, and BLS, with some temporary licenses accepted during onboarding. Location: Metairie, Louisiana
