Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled CVOR Registered Nurse to join a vibrant surgical team for a 13-week contract at a renowned Level I Trauma Center. You will work three 12-hour day shifts from 10:30 AM to 11:00 PM, providing circulating support across a variety of services including cardiac, vascular, surgical oncology, plastics, colorectal, robotics, and bariatrics. This role involves coordinating and assisting in complex surgical procedures, with opportunities to scrub in on cardiac and vascular cases—experience in these areas is highly preferred. On-call responsibilities are required, with a manageable schedule of 24-hour shifts once per month on weekends. Candidates should be comfortable with holiday coverage and possess both BLS and ACLS certifications, along with a radiation badge. This assignment offers a chance to hone your surgical circulating skills while experiencing the dynamic environment of a top-tier teaching hospital in Charleston, South Carolina.
