Job Description:
This contract opportunity is perfect for experienced Emergency Department nurses seeking a rural setting with a blend of challenging and rewarding work. You will rotate between ED and Med/Surg units, floating as needed to ensure smooth patient flow in a caring, community-oriented hospital. The role involves working 12-hour rotating shifts on a schedule that includes weekend coverage, allowing for a balanced work-life rhythm. Expect to engage in fast-paced patient scenarios, cross-training quickly to meet diverse needs, and utilizing Meditech EMR to document your patient interactions.
