This behavioral health RN contract offers a focused opportunity to work with adult patients experiencing anxiety, depression, manic disorders, borderline personality, and suicidal ideation. The role involves 12-hour night shifts at Ottumwa Regional Health Center, providing care within a 14-bed Adult Behavioral Health Unit. Travelers will engage in comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patients' mental health needs. Job Specifics:

Location: Ottumwa, Iowa
Shift: 12-hour nights
Duration: 13 weeks
Weekly Hours: 36 hours guaranteed, with options for 48 hours
Schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Experience Required: 2+ years of Behavioral Health Unit experience
Certifications: Must have Iowa SING BG clearance, mandatory reporter (Child and Adult), 10-panel drug screen including opiates, titers within last 12 months (MMR, Hep B, Varicella, TB)
Housing: Attached housing options available
Other Requirements: Travel experience required, no float within a 25-mile radius except as needed, no call responsibilities
Hourly Rate: Approximate weekly gross pay of $1,778.70 based on 36 hours/week
