Job Description:

Join a team of skilled ICU RNs at a 12-bed Medical Intensive Care Unit located in Birmingham, Alabama. This contract role is perfect for nurses with at least two years of ICU experience, ready to manage patients with respiratory failure, diabetes, renal issues, and ventilator dependencies. Your duties will include pressor and ventilator management, with some sedation oversight, in a setting where collaboration and attention to detail are vital. The shift is 12 hours overnight, from 1830 to 0700, offering a rewarding and steady schedule. Experience with Epic EMR and ICU equipment will help you hit the ground running in this demanding yet fulfilling environment.
