Job Description:

Join a CVOR specialized surgical unit as a Registered Nurse and immerse yourself in high-acuity adult cardiac, thoracic, and vascular procedures. This role entails working rotating day and evening shifts, with options for varied scheduling such as a combination of 8-hour and 12-hour shifts or 5-hour shifts, providing flexibility to suit your preferences. You will be actively involved in supporting complex surgeries including cardiac (e.g., CABG, valve replacements, ECMO, transplants), thoracic (e.g., lobectomies, esophagectomy), and vascular procedures (e.g., AAA EVAR, bypasses). Day-to-day activities focus on preoperative preparation, assisting during procedures, and postoperative monitoring, all while collaborating with a team that values flexible scheduling and work-life balance.
