Job Description:

This 12-hour night contract places you on a dedicated Med-Surg/Oncology unit at Rapides Regional Medical Center in Alexandria, LA. As a traveler, you’ll be immersed in a busy, yet rewarding environment where acute care skills are essential. You’ll handle patient assessments, documentation, and monitor stroke patients, all while navigating the latest technology such as Meditech and mobile communication tools. This assignment offers a chance to refine your critical thinking and time management skills while working alongside a seasoned team that values professionalism and innovation. Expect to float within Med-Surg and Tele units as needed, providing adaptable and comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced setting.
