Job Description:

Join our team for a night shift adventure in the Clinical Resource Unit, where you’ll be working alongside a dedicated team that values caring relationships and exceptional care. This role involves float nursing across various inpatient units, including Medical-Oncology, Surgical-Ortho, Cardiovascular Care, Mental Health, and Acute Rehab. Expect to apply your skills in a fast-paced environment, managing complex cardiac and pulmonary patients, performing procedures such as IV insertions, blood administration, and preparing patients for surgeries. You’ll contribute to patient recovery, discharge planning, and safety initiatives, all while navigating a setting that is as dynamic as it is rewarding. The unique aspect of this assignment is the flexibility to work across multiple units, providing a broad spectrum of inpatient care experiences, all during a 12-hour night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
