Job Description:

Join Bridgton Hospital's emergency team for a night shift adventure in the scenic town of Bridgton, Maine. As an RN in the Emergency Department, you'll handle a variety of urgent cases, from trauma and strokes to cardiac dysrhythmias and orthopedic emergencies. This role offers a chance to experience the fast-paced world of critical access hospital emergency care, managing a patient ratio of approximately 1:4. Expect to administer blood products, start IVs, and provide procedural sedation, all while navigating level I infuser and telestroke technology. Flexibility is key, as scheduling will vary with shifts including days, mids, and nights, providing a true variety of experiences in a stunning natural setting.
