Job Description:

Join a renowned stepdown unit caring for patients with complex cardiac conditions such as STEMI/NSTEMI, CHF, and post-cardiothoracic surgery cases. This night shift role involves managing a 33-bed unit with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4, providing detailed monitoring and interventions, including the administration of antiarrhythmic IV medications and overseeing patients with peripheral vascular compromise. Flexibility is key, as there is no block scheduling and occasional float responsibilities to Med/Surg or ER may be required. If you have at least 6 months of stepdown experience and are comfortable working nights, this is a unique opportunity to engage in meaningful work in a supportive environment while enjoying restorative nights in the city.

Location: Lawton, Oklahoma
Shift: 12-hour nights (6 p.m. - 6 a.m.)
