Job Description:

This CCU Registered Nurse role offers the chance to work in a specialized cardiac ICU focused on advanced heart failure and life-supporting devices. You'll be navigating a fast-paced environment caring for patients in conditions like cardiogenic shock, post-transplant recovery, or post-cardiac arrest. The assignment features a 12-hour rotating shift schedule, with shifts alternating every few weeks between days and nights, allowing you to experience both sides of the clock and keep your skills sharp. Flexibility and adaptability are vital, as you'll also float to other ICU units when needed, ensuring a dynamic and varied workweek. Expect to utilize skills such as managing arterial lines, titrating cardiac and vasoactive drips, and caring for ventilated patients—your expertise will be essential in supporting patients with complex, critical cardiac needs.

Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM / 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
